We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We are requiring your credit card number when your appointment is made. Your card may be charged for the following reasons: - Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge on the reserved service amount. - "No Show" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Appointment made within 24 hours we ask for a minimum of 4 hours notice. We respect your time and ask you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule as a courtesy to our next customer’s appointment time.
